Hopefully, you have reached this site looking to hire a developer or maybe you are looking for an old friend. Either way, a quick synopsis of who I am will help you decide if you have found the correct person.

I feel writing code is a creative outlet. Business requirements are not math problems; they are challenges for both me as a programmer and for the business itself. Not only can I write the code to overcome those challenges, but I can also work with business decision makers to define a project, implement the solution, and measure sucess. This is where my unique talents shine. Defining a project is more than just a simple description. It is a plan of action and continuous improvement.

I have worked in many different enviroments: highly technical jobs, jobs in which the artistry was most important, and jobs that were based on interactions with customers. Thoughout a constant has been undeniable. That constant has been teamwork. We can only hope to learn from the other members of the team, while remaining a unique member ourselves.

As a developer, I have learned many other technical skills. These skills range from being a Database Administrator to being a Network Engineer. I have also learned many business skills ranging from the management of a team or project to marketing.

My goal is simple. I want to scale the mountains put before me and enjoy the view from the top with a team that can both learn from my experience and increase my understanding. If that journey, requires me to write code, administer a database, or interact with customers, the results from the top of the mountain will look the same. I will have been an intregal part of the solution, learned from my team, and maybe even had a little fun along the way.
